Caipirinha Time

I'm crazy about Caipirinhas, Brazil's national cocktail. Muddling limes to make a Caipirinha is as much cooking as I do, but it's so worth it. Click here for the recipe. My friends got me this bottle of Cachaca (a liquor made from distilled sugarcane) to make the delicious drink. I love the bottle so much I don't want to drink it, but I also love Caipirinhas. What to do?


Post Snark: Let the drinker beware. Caipirinhas are pretty strong and it's so easy to drink them and drink them and drink them. If I was a gnat, I would dive into a pitcher of Caips and drink my way to the bottom. What a way to go.
